missingWrote a review on Feb 27excellent breakfastkey attractionstemperature controlno in-room safenoise disturbance
The stay was enjoyable, primarily due to the excellent breakfast, which featured a wide selection of Japanese dishes and automated drinks options. I loved how close we were to key attractions like the Sapporo Beer Museum and the beautiful Odori Park, making it easy to explore. The room had great temperature control, which was a plus considering the chilly weather outside. However, the absence of a safe in the room made me a bit uncomfortable with my valuables.

The hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants, and the
staff were incredibly helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms stood out to me, and the free coffee was much appreciated. However, the breakfast options were quite limited for Western tastes, featuring mostly Japanese food. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

The lounge area was a welcome spot for relaxation.
During my stay, I encountered significant issues. the absence of laundry facilities was frustrating. It required a 7-minute walk to access the nearest laundromat, which was inconvenient, especially with children. Additionally, while the room was clean, the wet bathroom setup caused some annoyance as it was tricky to manage without splashing everywhere.

I stayed in a Standard Twin Room, Non-Smoking for 2 nights, and the beds were super comfy! Having two pillows was a nice touch. The room was a bit on the small side, but it was tidy and cleaned daily. The bathroom was a unique wet room style that was a bit confusing at first, but it worked out. The location was perfect for wandering around the city too!

missingWrote a review on Feb 17friendly staffexcellent locationlimited breakfast optionswet bathroom stylerestricted dining choices
Perfectly situated just blocks from Odori park, the hotel provided excellent temperature control even in snowy conditions. The staff was friendly and attentive, and daily cleaning kept everything fresh. However, the breakfast was entirely Japanese-style, which may not cater to all tastes, and the room's wet bathroom style might pose a challenge for those unfamiliar with it. The limited dining options beyond breakfast left something to be desired.
